Day to day you will pick up and drop staff at designated stops on schedule; monitor tyre pressure and top it up when needed; check the first-aid kit and fire extinguisher on board; make sure everyone is seated and belted before moving off; refuel the vehicle and keep the fuel receipts; follow fixed pick-up and drop-off routes to a set timetable.
