Catering cook wanted in Crawford County

Now hiring: we are hiring a catering cook in Crawford County, Ohio. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. Requirements: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate The role involves follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; prepare the mise en place before each service; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases. 4+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
