Toolroom milling operator — Khana

Great opportunity: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Khana, Rivers State. Requirements: • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work Your main tasks: • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance We offer ₦1,700 per hour plus benefits.
