Grill cook — Floyd County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a grill cook in Floyd County, Georgia. You will be based at a roadside dhaba. Your main tasks: • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
