Great opportunity: we are hiring a heavy goods vehicle driver in Mitchell County, Georgia. The job is at a busy distribution depot. On a typical shift you will carry out daily walk-around vehicle checks before setting off; present documents at weighbridges and check posts; check tyre pressures, engine oil, coolant and brake fluid levels; couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock. Ideal candidate: • Willing to take on night and multi-day trips • Current Driver CPC qualification card At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. $210 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
