Abattoir worker wanted in Denver County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an abattoir worker in Denver County, Colorado. You will be based in a meat processing plant. You should have: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required On the job you will handle: • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts 2+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
