Meat cutter • Stutsman County, North Dakota

We are recruiting: we are hiring a meat cutter in Stutsman County, North Dakota. You will be based at a busy retail butcher's shop. You should have: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required You will take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
