Skimming plasterer wanted in Ashtabula County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a skimming plasterer in Ashtabula County, Ohio. The role involves: • Check walls for plumb and level as you go • Polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush • Skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration • Apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork • Tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler Ideal candidate: • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish • Knowledge of different plasters, renders and bonding agents Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
