Day to day you will clean brushes, rollers and spray kit with thinners after each job; apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls; measure up and work out paint and material quantities; hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years experience as a painter and decorator • Able to mix and colour-match paints accurately • Own brushes and basic hand tools On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
