Meat trimmer wanted in Chatham County

Now hiring: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Chatham County, Georgia. You will be based in a hotel or restaurant butchery. Day to day you will keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; season and marinate meat on request; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders. You should have: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling Part-time with flexible hours.
