Urgent requirement: powder coater (England)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coater in Surrey, England. You will work at a powder coating unit. What we are looking for: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Willing to work shifts and overtime On a typical shift you will mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; degrease and clean metal parts before coating. We offer £16 per hour plus benefits. Meals and transport allowance provided. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
