We are recruiting: we are hiring an oven operator in Clay County, Nebraska. You will be based at a cake shop. On a typical shift you will proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; load and unload the deck oven with a peel. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • 2+ years' experience as a baker At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided.
