Immediate opening: confectioner (Alabama)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a confectioner in Mobile County, Alabama. You will work at a neighbourhood confectionery. Your main tasks: • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds What we are looking for: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • 2+ years' experience as a baker Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. $260 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
