Waiter wanted in Yala

We are recruiting: we are hiring a waiter in Yala, Cross River State. You will work in a café. The role involves: • Clear and reset tables between covers • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages What we are looking for: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
