Great opportunity: we are hiring a head butcher in Abua/Odual, Rivers State. You should have: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required The role involves: • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings 4+ years on the tools preferred. ₦175,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
