Immediate opening: tandoor cook (Idaho)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Ada County, Idaho. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards The role involves: • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
