Pot washer • Kiru, Kano State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a pot washer in Kiru, Kano State. On a typical shift you will restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service. Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Punctual, reliable and hard-working We offer ₦195,000 per month plus benefits.
