Horizontal milling machine operator — Batsari

Vacancy available: we are hiring a horizontal milling machine operator in Batsari, Katsina State. Day to day you will mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square; measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges; set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe; hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm; set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter. Requirements: • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces Part-time with flexible hours.
