Immediate opening: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Bauchi, Bauchi State. The job is in a supermarket meat department. Day to day you will stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler 1+ years on the tools preferred. ₦175,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
