Urgent requirement: tandoor cook (Jigawa State)

Join our team: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Gwiwa, Jigawa State. The job is at a roadside dhaba. Day to day you will prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency. You should have: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Full-time with occasional weekends. ₦205,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
