The role involves mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour; check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull; knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly; replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers; strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair. You should bring confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports; attention to detail and a clean, even finish; physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling.
