Toolroom milling operator • Fulton County, Ohio

Join our team: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Fulton County, Ohio. You will work in a die and mould making unit. Requirements: • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces • Able to grind and set HSS cutters Your main tasks: • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter Part-time with flexible hours.
