Now hiring: we are hiring a cnc turner in Cass County, Missouri. What we are looking for: • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T On the job you will handle: • Top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear • Run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles • Deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand • Set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish 3+ years on the tools preferred.
