Requirements: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Day-to-day duties: • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
