Oven operator wanted in Kumbotso

Join our team: we are hiring an oven operator in Kumbotso, Kano State. You will be based at a neighbourhood confectionery. Day to day you will score the top of loaves before baking; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer. What we are looking for: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Meals and transport allowance provided.
