Urgent requirement: wood machinist (Kano State)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a wood machinist in Fagge, Kano State. The job is on a residential housebuilding project. On the job you will handle: • Cut sheet material and timber with a circular saw, jigsaw and table saw • Build and erect roof trusses, rafters and stud partitions • Hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles • Lay laminate, engineered and solid wood flooring • Plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish • Measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge What we are looking for: • Own basic hand tools • Sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings • Good eye for detail and a clean finish Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided. ₦13,500 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
