Halal butcher — Logan County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a halal butcher in Logan County, Ohio. On the job you will handle: • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler Six days a week, one day off.
