Food and beverage server wanted in Oredo

Immediate opening: we are hiring a food and beverage server in Oredo, Edo. You will work at a busy restaurant. The role involves: • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table You should have: • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
