We are recruiting: we are hiring a painter and decorator in Fayette County, Texas. You will lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture; fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps; measure up and work out paint and material quantities; cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames; mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting; clean brushes, rollers and spray kit with thinners after each job. Ideal candidate: • Own brushes and basic hand tools • Skilled with brush, roller and spray application • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers Pay around $2,600 per month, based on your experience.
