We are recruiting: we are hiring a prep cook in Dutsin Ma, Katsina State. The job is at a fast-food outlet. You should have: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen You will manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
