Vacancy available: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Juab County, Utah. The job is at a halal meat counter. You will mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts. Requirements: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
