Cake decorator — Kibiya

We are recruiting: we are hiring a cake decorator in Kibiya, Kano State. The job is in a hotel pastry kitchen. Requirements: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Basic cake decorating and piping skills On the job you will handle: • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter Part-time with flexible hours.
