Urgent requirement: line cook (Oregon)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a line cook in Lane County, Oregon. What we are looking for: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Your main tasks: • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks Full-time with occasional weekends.
