We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Chibok, Borno State. You will be based at a banquet hall. The role involves scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass. What we are looking for: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts Full-time, day shift.
