Requirements: • Accurate measuring and squaring to within a couple of millimetres • Driving licence for measure-up and site-fitting visits • Comfortable handling and lifting glazed units safely Day to day you will crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame; install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter; fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails; fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam.
