Join our team: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator (dozer) in Franklin County, Vermont. You will be based at a busy earthworks site. Ideal candidate: • Proven experience operating crawler dozers (D6 to D8 class) • Willing to work on remote sites and rotating rosters • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes On the job you will handle: • Refuel the machine and record running hours • Cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes • Backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid • Operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site • Work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals Rotating shifts.
