On the job you will handle: • Fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press • Spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts • Shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board • Press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching • Set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics What we are looking for: • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
