Oven operator wanted in Smith County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an oven operator in Smith County, Tennessee. Ideal candidate: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Food handler / hygiene certificate The role involves: • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Score the top of loaves before baking • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds Performance bonus on top of base pay.
