Short order cook wanted in Guyuk

Join our team: we are hiring a short order cook in Guyuk, Adamawa State. The job is at a busy restaurant kitchen. The role involves: • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces Ideal candidate: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Full-time with occasional weekends.
