Requirements: • Own basic hand tools (tape, square, screw gun) • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges • Able to work to deadlines in a busy workshop On the job you will handle: • Cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees • Clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash • Wrap, label and load finished units for delivery without scratching the profile • Read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile • Fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails • Crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame Rotating shifts.
