System formwork carpenter — Surrey

Immediate opening: we are hiring a system formwork carpenter in Surrey, England. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules Day to day you will assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN); seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss; erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb; fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints; cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs; watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement.
