Great opportunity: we are hiring a line cook in Ocean County, New Jersey. You will work at a cloud kitchen. Your main tasks: • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha What we are looking for: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
