Great opportunity: we are hiring a short order cook in Garki, Jigawa State. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards On the job you will handle: • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes Full-time with occasional weekends.
