Back-of-house cleaner • Jibia, Katsina State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Jibia, Katsina State. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. Requirements: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure The role involves: • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature Part-time with flexible hours.
