Immediate opening: we are hiring a fry cook in Greeley County, Nebraska. Day to day you will monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes. Requirements: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts.
