Immediate opening: meat trimmer (Ohio)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Hardin County, Ohio. You will be based at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. Ideal candidate: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler You will take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Contact us to fix an interview.
