Confectioner wanted in Lavun

Immediate opening: we are hiring a confectioner in Lavun, Niger State. Day to day you will shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch. Ideal candidate: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
