Head baker wanted in Wallace County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a head baker in Wallace County, Kansas. You will work at a busy bakery. Your main tasks: • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards Ideal candidate: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving $3,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
