Great opportunity: we are hiring a cake decorator in Madagali, Adamawa State. You will be based at a neighbourhood confectionery. Your main tasks: • Score the top of loaves before baking • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Rotating shifts.
