Bread baker • Aniocha South, Delta State

Great opportunity: we are hiring a bread baker in Aniocha South, Delta State. Day-to-day duties: • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Score the top of loaves before baking • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight You should have: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
